For the second consecutive week, Rihanna’s “Rude Boy” tops Billboard’s Hot 100, fending off strong competition from Lady Gaga and one of Rolling Stone’s Best New Artists of 2010. “Rude Boy” marks the sixth time the singer has scored a Hot 100 Number One and the 14th Top 10 single of her career. B.o.B., who RS named Best New Stoner MC in our new issue, jumped from Five to Two with his hit “Nothin’ On You” featuring Bruno Mars. Lady Gaga and Beyoncé’s “Telephone” was also a big gainer in its 17th week on the chart, rising from Number Nine to Number Three on the strength of its insane new video.

Justin Bieber, whose My World 2.0 is expected to top next week’s Billboard 200 album chart with sales in the quarter-million area, scored two tracks on the Hot 100, led by “Baby” featuring Ludacris, which rose from 12 last week to Number 10 this week. Bieber also claimed the week’s highest-debuting Hot 100 track, as My World 2.0’s “U Smile” bowed at Number 27. T.I.’s comeback single “I’m Back” debuted at Number 44, Usher’s “More” arrived at 76 and The-Dream’s “Love King” premiered at 92.
Current Billboard 200 champs Lady Antebellum’s “Need You Now” placed Number Four in its 32nd week on the chart and Taio Cruz and Ludacris’ “Break Your Heart” rounded out the Top Five.
