  • Van Morrison and his wife GiGi welcomed new addition George Ivan Morrison III yesterday, the AP reports. The couple report their new son is “the spitting image of his daddy.”

  • Blink-182 are plotting out summer 2010 shows overseas. The band announced they’ll play the Area 4 Festival and Highfield Festival in Germany on August 21 and 22, 2010, respectively on their Pickrset Website.
  • The lawyer representing Joe Jackson in his attempt to receive regular payments from Michael’s estate could have his law license suspended. The AP reports Brian Oxman has been placed on a two-year probation for legal misdeeds he committed in 2002.
  • Marilyn Manson and keyboardist Stephen Bier (a.k.a. Madonna Wayne Gacy) have settled their lawsuit, the AP reports. Bier will receive $380,000 ($175K from Manson’s insurance company, the rest from his own former managers); he sued for $20 million in 2007, claiming Manson used money Bier was owed to buy Nazi memorabilia. Manson countersued, saying Bier didn’t perform his duties.
