R&B singer Maxwell has been forced to cancel the six concerts on his US summer tour after developing vocal swelling and hemorrhaging the Associated Press reports  A statement posted to the singer's website says that doctors have advised Maxwell to take a complete vocal rest and undergo treatment for vocal cord...
