  • On May 5th, Lady Gaga will grace the cover of a new Fame series of comic books published by Bluewater Productions, E! reports. Check our some of the pop star’s most outrageous looks.

  • The Knife’s new LP Tomorrow, In a Year is their collaboration with artists Mt. Sims and Planningtorock on the studio version of their opera about Charles Darwin. Two discs of tracks are due February 2nd digitally and March 9th in stores.
  • Legendary Memphis producer Willie Mitchell has died from cardiac arrest at age 81, CNN reports. He cut some of Al Green’s most famous records at his Royal Studios, and most recently worked on Rod Stewart and Solomon Burke’s latest LPs.
  • To Write Love on Her Arms — the subject of a recent RS story — will host their annual concert on January 9th at Orlando’s House of Blues. Mat Kearney is headlining, and the lineup also includes Underoath and the Almost’s Aaron Gillespie and the Rocket Summer’s Bryce Avery. More info at Ticketmaster.
