A new Rihanna track reportedly titled “Wait Your Turn (The Wait is Ova)” and bound for her November 23rd album Rated R hit the Web over the weekend Rap-Up reports. Fans heard a snippet of “Wait Your Turn” when Rihanna’s cryptic “The Wait is Ova” Website first launched. The original excerpt is still posted on RihannaNow, and a comparison of the two takes suggests the new leak is actually a demo. Even unfinished, though, “Wait Your Turn” carries on the dark tone Rihanna set with first single “Russian Roulette,” though with a more rocking beat.

Rihanna will presumably explain the inspiration behind her new sound in a pair of interviews this week, starting with the November 5th episode of Good Morning America, which will be followed by an interview on 20/20 the following night. “Now, for the very first time, Rihanna tells her story,” ABC boasts in a commercial. Rihanna hasn’t submitted to any interviews since she was assaulted by then-boyfriend Chris Brown in February; Brown has appeared on both Larry King Live and Angie Martinez’s radio show since his sentencing, but has stopped short of revealing the details of the pair’s altercation.

The art for Rihanna’s Rated R was also unveiled on PopEater and, like Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies” look and Adam Lambert’s “For Your Entertainment” single cover, Rihanna went with the “metallic glove obscuring face” motif. Rihanna also sports a patch over her right eye in the artwork for “Russian Roulette.”
