  • The Who rocked Super Bowl XLIV with an explosive medley. Rolling Stone talked with Pete Townshend for the inside scoop, then relived the 12-minute concert in our photo gallery. Plus, check out fans’ reaction to the Super Bowl set.

  • It took all day to unveil the 2010 Bonnaroo lineup, but it was worth the wait as Jay-Z, Kings of Leon, Stevie Wonder and Dave Matthews Band were revealed as this year’s headliners. Meanwhile, Eric Clapton recruited Jeff Beck, B.B. King and John Mayer to perform at his Crossroads Festival.
  • Speaking of Mayer, the recent Rolling Stone cover boy got himself in some hot water after making some racy statements and dropping “the n-word” in a “raw” interview with Playboy. Mayer quickly apologized, both on Twitter and onstage.
  • We caught Wilco in Portland and Lady Gaga at an Elton John tribute. Guns n’ Roses played their first U.S. gig in ages with a surprise show but Courtney Love didn’t make her own Hole gig.
