Readers’ Rock List: Flying Songs

So it turns out the Balloon Boy fiasco was one big hoax. That didn’t prevent us from dedicating last weekend’s Rock List to Falcon Heene and songs about flying. We called the local news, then the FAA, then the local police before finally tallying the votes — which had the readers choosing Foo Fighters’ “Learn to Fly” as the best aviation-inspired song, edging out stiff competition from Pearl Jam, Pink Floyd and Neil Young.
