  • David Bowie has announced a four-disc Station to Station special edition featuring a DVD of the surround-sound mix and the original stereo album, as well as two CDs covering the March 23, 1976 live show at New York’s Nassau Coliseum mixed by Harry Maslin, on his official Website.

  • Variety reports that Napoleon Dynamite’s Jon Heder will star in Buddy Holly Is Alive and Well on Ganymede, an adaption of the sci-fi novel in which Holly appears on every TV channel and tells Heder’s character only he knows why.
  • Tim McGraw and the Black Eyed Peas will perform at the NFL’s free kick-off concert on September 10th when the Steelers play the Titans in Pittsburgh.
  • Donovan will be named a BMI Icon at an October 6th awards ceremony in London, Variety reports.
